Shipping Methods

We proudly ship orders throughout the United States, Canada, and most international destinations.

United States

  • USPS Ground Advantage (Standard Shipping)

  • DHL Express (Expedited Shipping)

Canada

  • UPS Standard

  • FedEx (Expedited Shipping)

Available shipping options and estimated delivery dates are displayed during checkout based on your shipping address.

All shipments are insured at no additional cost.

Processing & Production Time

Every 3D crystal is custom-made from your photo and begins production shortly after your order is placed.

  • Production Time: 1–2 business days

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET)

Orders placed after the daily cut-off will begin processing on the next business day.

During peak seasons and holidays, production time may increase to 2–4 business days due to higher order volumes.

Estimated Delivery

Your estimated delivery date is calculated at checkout and includes both production and shipping time.

Delivery times vary depending on:

  • The shipping method selected

  • Your shipping destination

  • Carrier operations and weather conditions

Please note that estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on:

  • Package weight

  • Product dimensions

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping service

You will always see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Address Changes

If your order has not entered production or shipped, we can usually update your shipping address.

If your order has already shipped, we will make every effort to assist; however:

  • Address changes are subject to carrier approval.

  • Additional carrier fees may apply.

  • Delivery may be delayed.

Please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible if you need to update your shipping information.

PO Box & APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to PO Box and APO/FPO addresses whenever carrier services permit.

Carrier selection may vary depending on the destination, and delivery times may be longer than standard residential shipments.

Local Pickup

At this time, we do not offer local pickup from our production facility in Oakville, Ontario.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide.

International shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on destination and package size.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities.

  • Customs processing may result in additional delivery time beyond our estimated shipping window.

  • Shipping availability may vary by destination due to carrier restrictions or local regulations.

Shipping Insurance

Every shipment includes shipping insurance at no additional cost to help protect your order while it is in transit.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
