Absolutely! If your loved ones aren't together in one photo, we can often combine multiple images into a single custom design. Simply contact us through our Contact page or live chat before ordering, and our design team will be happy to review your photos and recommend the best crystal size for the most beautiful result.

We do not automatically provide design proofs for individual orders. Our experienced designers carefully optimize each photo for 3D laser engraving, using the image you submit as the basis for creating the best possible result.
If you would like to receive a proof before production, simply request one in the Special Instructions box when placing your order.
Please note that requesting a proof will extend the production timeline, as we must wait for your approval before engraving begins.
If, after reviewing your proof, you decide to replace the original photo with a different one, a $20 image replacement fee will apply due to the additional design work required. To help us achieve the best possible result, please include any preferences or special requests in the Special Instructions section when placing your order. If no specific instructions are provided, our designers will use their professional judgment to adjust the placement, cropping, and layout of your photo and any personalized text to create the highest-quality engraving possible.
